Requirements
a) Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Reservoir Engineering, Petroleum Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Petroleum Geoscience or any related
discipline.
b) Zero to three (0-3) years of working experience.
c) Possession of relevant experience in Petroleum E&P Operations will be an added
advantage.

1. Assist in the analysis and interpretation of all required data (reservoir study of oil/gas
fields), including fluid (PVT) analysis, well testing, material balance analyses, and
other analyses as required.
2. Collaborate with the reservoir engineering team in performing integrated reservoir
simulation studies which includes data analysis, reservoir model construction, history
matching, calibration and prediction of oil and gas production.
3. Study and propose alternatives to optimize field development and maximize
hydrocarbon recovery from new and existing fields.
4. Provide support in the preparation of reservoir development, data acquisition,
reservoir surveillance and monitoring plans to ensure optimal development and
depletion strategies.
5. Work closely with Geoscientists, Engineers, and Economists in the preparation of
Field Development Plans and Reservoir Management Plans for oil and gas
accumulations by providing reservoir engineering inputs.
6. Support an integrated team of geoscientists and engineers to monitor and analyze
field performance and recommend improvements to enhance performance/
production.
7. Assist in the estimation and classification of the company’s petroleum
resources/reserves portfolio under the guidance of experienced reservoir engineers.
8. Assist in the preparation of reservoir engineering input into drilling, well testing and
work-over proposals and programs under the guidance of experienced reservoir
engineers.
9. Support the evaluation of reservoir engineering proposals/submissions from Joint
Venture Partners and participate in meetings with Joint Venture Partners and
Authorities, when required.
10. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
